Season Fees and Refund Policy
Players may only attend a Boulder Hockey Club or Lady RoughRiders tryout once they have paid the current season registration fee in full and are in good financial standing from past seasons. If the player is new to BHC/LRR they must submit a completed transfer form per the CAHA Transfer Rules.
We offer many different levels of play to accommodate all ability levels. Our teams play within the College Prep Hockey League (CPHL), Rocky Mountain Hockey Federation (RMHF), Colorado Recreational Hockey League (CRHL), Western Girls Hockey League (WGHL) Colorado Girls' Hockey League (CGHL, formerly MSGHL), Atlantic Hockey Federation (AHF), National Girls' Hockey League (NGHL), or on independent teams.
The registration and season fees are non-refundable once a player is provided a roster spot on a BHC or LRR team. Players who make the team are responsible for paying their player season fees. No exceptions.
Players who have not paid their season fees will be ineligible to participate in practices or games until their outstanding balance has been paid in full. BHC will not sign a CAHA transfer form for ineligible players. The CAHA transfer form releases players from BHC to play for another club within the current and future seasons. If a player quits during the season after a roster is named, the player is liable for all season fees.
2024-2025 Season Fee Schedule By Team
Season Fees vary by team based on age and level. Season Fees listed in the attached document do not include additional "Team Fees" which are determined once teams are formed and include costs such as tournament registrations, coach's travel expenses, team outings, etc. These additional fees will be determined by your team manager, head coach, and treasurer once teams are formed.
