SafeSport and Discipline Reporting
Boulder Hockey Club is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all our members. We believe that upholding our code of conduct and SafeSport guidelines is essential to achieving this goal. Therefore, we encourage all members to report any violations or concerns they may have regarding our code of conduct or SafeSport.
If you believe that a fellow club member or anyone associated with Boulder Hockey Club has violated our code of conduct or SafeSport guidelines, we have established simple and confidential reporting processes to address such issues. Your willingness to come forward is vital to maintaining the integrity of our community. If you see something, say something.
If you are unsure if an issue is a SafeSport Issue or another type of Disciplinary Issue - please email either address - and we will treat it appropriately.
Please note that while ALL inquiries will be kept confidential if you prefer to submit an issue anonymously, you may do so through the Disciplinary Form link below. Note that an anonymous submission can make the investigation more difficult and we are unable to follow up with you on the status of an investigation.
